Well-Being

It’s a term that gets used a lot in our culture, but what are we trying achieve when we are trying to achieve well-being?

In my view, if you can feel positively about your health, your emotions and your place in the world without judgment or self-pity, you are a long way toward being prosperous. And the benefits of that sort of well-being are many.

You will have energy. You will have more motivation to do things. You will be more creative. You will enjoy a sense of balance and wholeness.

Embrace your life. Too often people cope with their lives by disengaging. Engaging your life, being in it, helps you grow into a real person.
